Redesigning WePractice’s digital experience after a rebrand.

Following WePractice’s rebranding, I led the redesign of their website to reflect the new visual identity while improving usability for two distinct user groups: clients and therapists.

I began with a full UX audit to identify friction points in navigation, clarity, and flow. Through lo-fi wireframes, I explored layout and interaction patterns that could better support both audiences. One key design strategy was colour-coding calls to action, supported by tailored imagery and copy, helping each user group intuitively find their way through the platform.

A second challenge was refining the therapist-matching test. The original version created a drop-off due to unclear UI elements. I restructured the flow using familiar patterns, clarified copy, and introduced progress feedback to guide users with more confidence.

Once the interaction models were defined, I created hi-fi wireframes and developed a UI style guide grounded in accessibility and brand alignment, setting a solid foundation for future updates.

My Role & Process
  1. UX Audit & Research: Reviewed the existing site and conducted competitor analysis
  2. Wireframing: Explored navigation and layout solutions for both user groups
  3. UI Design: Applied the new branding with accessibility-led adjustments
  4. Design System: Developed hi-fi wireframes and a flexible UI style guide
What This Project Taught Me
  1. Designing for Dual Audiences: Balancing needs of therapists and clients required clear UX prioritization and differentiated UI
  2. Collaborative Decision-Making: Working closely with WePractice and BYKARB teams helped align brand, business, and user goals
  3. Adapting Under Constraints: Limited time and budget required clear prioritization and flexible design thinking
