Redesigning BYKARB’s website to reflect a shift in strategy.

I led the redesign of BYKARB’s website to better reflect their evolving service strategy and creative direction. Working closely with their Graphic Design team, we began by mapping the new sitemap and exploring layout possibilities through low-fidelity wireframes.

We tested subtle shifts in structure and hierarchy to bring clarity to their updated offering, while preserving the collective’s visual identity. Once we defined the design system and page structure, I developed the site on a CMS platform—ensuring it was adaptable for future updates as BYKARB’s work continues to evolve.

The process was highly collaborative and smooth, with shared creative ownership throughout.

Design Approach
  1. Sitemap definition and UX structure
  2. Lo-fi wireframing and layout exploration
  3. Visual direction aligned with brand identity
  4. CMS development for scalability and updates
Takeaways from the project
This project was a chance to balance strong creative input with thoughtful UX structure,  working closely with a Graphic Design team that brought bold visual ideas, but sometimes needed nudging toward user-centered decisions. I enjoyed playing that in-between role, translating vision into something navigable and functional. It was rewarding to see the design come together in a way that respected both aesthetic intention and usability.
